You Beauty- Why I'm in Love with this site.

If you haven't already checked out this amazing website, you're missing out on one of the greatest beauty and health creations of the year. YouBeauty, created by Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, supply you with a way to not only read up on all the REAL reasons and solutions to our health and beauty woes, but also provide you with countless quizzes to help personalize, and determined exactly what you need to know.

After each quiz you are given an explaination of your results, followed by ways to improve, and suggested articles to help you do so. How could anyone possibly make it any easier than that? The results of each quiz score are also compiled in order to give you your YouQ- a score that the site claims "reflects your inner and outer beauty. We convert your quiz scores into your YouQ to compare how different aspects of your life affect your beauty, displayed on this graph." (of course, they display a colored bar graph that spells it all out for you! Super easy to read!) 

I've been using the site since the launch date, and i have to say- it has definitely inspired me to become a healthier person, on the inside as well as outside. I also really enjoy the science behind it all. The two do a wonderful job explaining the complexity of so many health and beauty related issues so that all of us (even those of us who are not at all medically inclined) can understand perfectly why things are the way they are- and how easy it is for us to make them how we want them to be.
